Once the project kicks off, Coalfire maintains close communication with management and staff through a secure online project management portal. Via this portal, necessary documentation, project roles, organized tasks, and continuous test results are uploaded and shared between team members.

All clients receive final IT and executive reports that describe project findings and conclusions along with applicable remediation advice. These deliverables provide necessary personnel a complete understanding of what the cause was, what actions we performed, how we successfully completed our task, and what more needs to be done to buttress securities, if applicable.
